Participants wishing to benefit from the discounted registration fees available to members of the Brazilian Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences (ABCF) must have an active membership before registering for CIFARP 2027.
International participants are advised to verify whether a visa is required to enter Brazil, as entry requirements vary according to nationality and passport type.
Since April 10, 2025, citizens of the United States, Canada, and Australia have been required to obtain an electronic visitor visa (e-Visa) to enter Brazil.
Participants who require a visa are encouraged to begin the application process well in advance of the congress and to contact the nearest Brazilian embassy or consulate for further guidance. International participants are advised to check whether a visa is required to enter Brazil and to make the necessary arrangements well in advance of their travel.

Participants who submit a cancellation request on or before August 12, 2027, will be eligible for a refund of 60% of the registration fee.*
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to cifarp@fcfrp.usp.br.
All cancellation and refund requests are subject to applicable Brazilian legislation, including Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).*
Registration transfers between participants will only be confirmed upon approval by the organizing committee
* Bank transfer fees will be deducted.
Participants who register and complete their payment during the first Early Bird registration period may submit their abstract during the official abstract submission period, in accordance with the congress submission guidelines.
If the abstract is not accepted by the Scientific Committee, the participant will be eligible to request a full refund (100%) of the congress registration fee, excluding any transaction or processing fees associated with the selected payment method.
Refund requests must be submitted to cifarp@fcfrp.usp.br after notification of the abstract evaluation results, indicating the participant's full name, registration details, and abstract identification.
This special refund policy applies exclusively to registrations completed and paid during the first Early Bird registration period.
